Introduction:

In her 10th year of teaching Pilates for both rehabilitation and fitness with international experience from London, the Middle East and USA.

Previously worked in a travelling role as a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor for members of the Saudi Arabian Royal Family.

Experience in working with athletes from a variety of sporting activities such as Football, Skiing, Capoeira, Body Building, Equestrian and Dance.


Sporting teams:

Previously worked with Swan Districts Football Club (WAFL) and Willeton Amateur Football Club (WAAFL). Currently running a Pilates Rehabilitation Program for Perth Demons Football Club (WAFL)
