LifeCare has fully equipped Pilates studios, with expert instructors, and personalised attention. We have flexible timetables, offering both studio sessions and mat programs.

No referral is necessary to participate in Pilates. If you are covered by health insurance for physiotherapy expenses, you may be able to claim for your Pilates sessions, providing your Pilates session is conducted by a Physiotherapist.
