Peter Hogg - Physiotherapist

Peter Hogg is an 'APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist' and co-principal of Noosa Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy. He has also held the position of Olympic Winter Institute of Australia Sports Physiotherapy Coordinator for over ten years. He is an accredited provider for Queensland Academy of Sport. Peter's long standing history in elite winter sport includes team involvement at four Olympic campaigns, ten world championships and more than 90 winter world cup events spanning over a 25 year physiotherapy career.

Peter has been a principal of Noosa Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy since 1988. Peter was also founder and owner of Thredbo Altitude Physiotherapy Centre from 1994 - 2012. In 2001-2002 he was the APA Accreditation officer in Queensland. Peter has also been head physiotherapist for Noosa Triathlon for over 23 years.

Peter consulted at the Sunshine Coast Shoulder Clinic for six years and other special interests include knee assessment and rehabilitation progression, manual therapy for neck dysfunction, back pain and headaches, hydrotherapy, exercise prescription, clinical Pilates and sports event coverage.

Peter now works on a full time basis at 'Noosa Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy' and has input into his sister practice 'Winter Sports Physiotherapy' which is in Docklands, Melbourne. Peter assists with ongoing regular winter sports physiotherapy coverage for the Olympic Winter Institute and the Australian Olympic Committee including assignments that relate to the 2014 Sochi Olympics in Russia.

Peter is an avid skier, surfer and photographer.
