Monday nights 7-8pm
This is a challenging and fun exercise class for mums wanting to get back in shape, do some exercise or simply have some time out!
The class is run by a physiotherapist with a special interest in women's health, and includes cardiovascular exercise as well as specific muscle strengthening, with a focus on abdominal and pelvic floor muscle support. It also includes some much-needed relaxation at the end! The only pre-requisite is to be a mum (and get a babysitter on Monday nights!!). No bookings required... just turn up.
