Tamara Crook - Physiotherapist


Tamara started working for Southcare after graduating from Curtin University, with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. While at university, she provided sports massage and injury management to Crossfit athletes and football clubs, and has completed multiple training courses.

Tamara has completed the 12 month Lifecare Pilates training course, and has also completed education courses in dry needling, acute and chronic back pain, sporting knee injuries, and Mulligan's treatment of the upper quadrant. She enjoys treating a range of musculoskeletal disorders, pre and postnatal physiotherapy, and providing exercise to clients through Clinical Pilates and hydrotherapy.

Tamara is currently studying her Master of Clinical Physiotherapy, majoring in Continence and Women's Health, and hosts antenatal hydrotherapy classes and postnatal Pilates classes at Southcare.

Tamara is a Crossfit Level One Trainer, and has completed her Crossfit Coaches Prep Course. Prior to university, Tamara studied a higher education course in Dance Performance at the prestigious National College of Dance. In her spare time, Tamara enjoys taking her pugalier Fang to the park, ballet classes, rock climbing, hiking, and kayaking.
