Jocelyn Lam

Jocelyn graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and an interest in helping people improve their movement and return to their daily activities.

She has gained clinical experience across acute, subacute, and outpatient settings, including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, and general medical care. She has supported individuals recovering from orthopaedic surgery, managing musculoskeletal conditions, and improving strength, mobility, and overall function.

Jocelyn adopts a patient-centred approach, combining thorough assessment, education, manual therapy, and individualised exercise-based rehabilitation to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes. She is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and empowering people to take an active role in their recovery.

Jocelyn enjoys working with a wide range of conditions and has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and post-operative recovery.

Jocelyn is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
