Bio

Beth has been consulting at LifeCare Croydon Sports Medicine since 2008. She has extensive experience in sports injuries (both acute and chronic) and musculoskeletal conditions, where she incorporates her extended knowledge of Dry Needling, Real Time ultrasonography, Kinesio taping and Clinical Pilates. She has post graduate training in Sports Physiotherapy and been involved in LaTrobe University’s undergraduate physiotherapy teaching program.

Beth also has a particular interest in Women’s Health physiotherapy and works across the full scope of women’s journey through motherhood. She completed post graduate studies in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation through the University of Melbourne and conducts consultations on the Maternity Ward of St. Vincents Private Hospital Fitzroy offering individualised early postpartum advice for new mums. She also works closely with Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in busy Women’s Health Clinics. Through the culmination of her studies and extensive clinical practice, she has forged a particular interest in musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditions in pregnancy and the early postpartum period, and has helped many mothers with navigating their physical health during this time. From the most deconditioned mother-to-be battling hyperemesis, busy mums running after toddlers, to elite female athletes including CrossFit, F45 and ultramarathon runners – she has seen it all.
