Bio

Holly completed their Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne after finishing their Bachelor of Science. They pride themselves in providing safe and inclusive care, especially for members of the LGBTQIA+ community – including those who are trans and gender diverse. They primarily use exercise and education to treat musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Holly works with clients to achieve their goals and assist them to participate in activities they enjoy. They operate within a weight inclusive framework to help clients find ways that they enjoy moving their body which may include anything from competitive sport to simply going for a walk. Initially, Holly was driven to become a physiotherapist after sustaining several injuries during their time as a competitive gymnast.
Outside of clinical practice Holly has worked in research in paediatric disability and sports participation and sits on several committees within the Australian Physiotherapy Association including the Victorian Branch Council and the LGBTQIA+ advisory group. They also provide physiotherapy coverage for gymnastics events.
