Joshua Moseley

BIO

Josh has joined the team here at LifeCare recently after graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Josh has enjoyed the transition into the private sector and is passionate about helping people rehabilitate to the best of their ability within both the sporting and general populations.

Josh has been interested in Physiotherapy for many years following numerous visits to LifeCare as a client in his younger years. Growing up, Josh played a lot of football for the Karingal Bulls Football Club and cricket for the Long Island Cricket Club.

Over the past 5 years Josh has been expanding his rehabilitation and management skills working alongside a number of local football clubs including Old Mentonians, Heatherton Football Club and more recently with the Frankston Dolphins. Josh also has had experience working alongside the netball community as the head physiotherapist for the Hawks Netball Club in the VNL.

Josh likes to build rapport quickly with his clients to allow for a comfortable environment in which he can provide the best healthcare and service to return his clients back to their best physical condition.

PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS

Josh’s experience has exposed him to numerous acute soft-tissue injuries of which he has developed a passion for rehabilitating and getting his players back onto the field/court in their best condition.

Josh has also completed his advanced dry needling course as another adjunct to rehabilitation for his clients soft-tissue rehabilitation pathways.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

When not at work, Josh is an avid supporter of the Geelong Cats during the winter and in the summer shifts his focus a little more towards the cricket and attending the beautiful days at the horse racing with his friends and family.

Josh is still developing his passion for playing golf and enjoys his time on course. But when at home he can always be found at his local parks around his home walking his boxer Binky with his lovely partner Hayley.
