Rhiannon comes from a diverse background in the Health & Sports Industries.

Her specialties include sports related pain/tension, injury rehabilitation, deep tissue and joint loosening and stretching. She likes to work with the client to tailor the best massage treatment that is specialised to each and every client, using a number of different techniques.

Rhiannon thoroughly enjoys helping people, and learning and expanding on her skills. She has been working directly with local sporting teams and associations for the past 17 years utilising her Sports Trainer Qualifications .
