So, on to part two!
We progress to stage 2 once quick marching on the spot becomes pain-free.
This timeframe can vary enormously between different injuries, anywhere from a day or two up to six weeks or more!
Remember, there are no recipes for rehabilitation!
These are exercises that we often use as part of the holistic rehabilitation program.
