NordBord, Elite Hamstring Testing System, has arrived at Lifecare Essendon

We are pleased to announce the arrival of the NordBord at our clinic.

The device can give you important data about your hamstring strength.

This is particularly important if you have had a previous hamstring injury, play a sport involving sprinting or even if you have had an ACL reconstruction with a hamstring graft.

If you are interested in completing a test on the NordBord call us at the clinic and we can give you, your coaches, strength and conditioning and medical staff information that elite athletes are using to guide their training.
