Bio

Tyler has always had a passion for helping people and completed his degree at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2016. With experience in strength and conditioning, occupational health, and aged care, he has developed skills to confidently manage a variety of health conditions.

Tyler believes it is never too late to put yourself first and take control of your health and wellbeing.

Personal Interests

Tyler’s interests include a variety of sports, particularly basketball and rugby league. On the weekends you’ll more than likely find him at the beach, trying some delicious food or planning a getaway (when allowed).
