Zhi Sen (Sam) Yee

Born and raised in Malaysia, Sam moved to Australia in 2006 and completed his physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in 2018. Since then, Sam has been working as a physiotherapist in the aged care sector before joining the HomeCare Physiotherapy team. During his studies, Sam worked in the community as a physiotherapist assistant and has additional experience working as a sports trainer for Australian Rules and soccer clubs in the past 4 years.
Sam’s passion in Physiotherapy lies in sports rehabilitation and working with the older adult, falls prevention in particular. Sam believes in exercise therapy to benefit the older adult by improving general fitness, muscle strength, endurance and balance, which in turn allows them to participate in activities safely and independently.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing a variety of sports including soccer, badminton and working out at the gym. Sam also loves playing musical instruments and has a passion for photography. Sam is multilingual and can speak 5 languages!
