Grace Thek

Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor

Grace graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy, following her undergraduate studies where she completed a Bachelor of Science. Grace has experience working with amateur AFL players, as well as State-level junior soccer players. As an athlete herself, she has a strong interest in sporting injuries, particularly running-related.

Grace loves working with people from all walks of life, from elite athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between. She adopts an evidence-based approach to her assessment and treatment. She uses a combination of hands-on therapy, pilates & exercise prescription, and other treatment tools to help her clients return to what they love doing, whether it be on the sporting fields or in the garden!

Grace is a professional triathlete. Outside of work, she spends most of her time training for triathlons. She also enjoys baking, playing with her two dogs, and hunting for the best donuts in Melbourne!

Grace is currently in the USA competing in the northern hemisphere triathlon season.
