Chris is a highly qualified Physiotherapist and Human Movement Educator with extensive experience in elite level sport. He has worked with elite level State and National level AFL, rugby union and football teams in Australia, UK and France, more recently as High Performance Manager for the Brisbane Roar in the Australian A-League Football Competition.
He writes extensively for the Sports Injury Bulletin (UK) on anything and everything related to the rehabilitation of sports injuries. He periodically travels the world presenting Rehab Trainer courses to Personal Trainers and Exercise Professionals. He also manages to mission down to Brisbane twice per week to work as a Physiotherapist and Educational Consultant with Inspire Health Services in Brisbane, Australia. Chris loves to travel and his lifetime ambition is to get to 100 countries (current tally is 52).
Chris has special interests in functional strength conditioning, sports injuries, spinal manual therapy, orthopaedic rehab and exercise prescription.
Married with 2 teenage boys, Chris is often found on the beaches on the Sunshine Coast whenever the sun is out, or in the gym or running Mount Coolum still pretending he is 25.
