Bio
ESSA accredited exercise physiologist since 2014, and has enjoyed his time working in private practice where he gained experience in veteran’s rehabilitation and with the development of exercise programs for older adults.
Alex’s interest in the physical fitness and well-being of older adults led him to pursue a Master’s degree by research on that topic, and he also has experience in clinical trials in both the exercise science and cardiovascular fields at the University of Sydney and Kolling Institute of Medical Research.
Currently, Alex is interested in exercise programming for adults of all ages and fitness ranges, particularly in strength training for athletic performance, and in patients with cardiometabolic problems who want to engage in exercise to improve their health.
