• Diploma of Remedial Massage

Bio:

Honey graduated from Australian Institute of Fitness with a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2018. Having been in the industry for almost a decade she is experienced in treating patients with diverse conditions and needs.  Honey has a fantastic ability to not only listen to your areas of concern but also feel and release areas of tightness and tension.

She is able to deliver a range of techniques  such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, passive and PNF stretching, relaxation, muscle energy technique,  and active release technique.
