Physiotherapist and Clinical Exercise Instructor
Bachelor of Science
Doctor of Physiotherapy
Holly completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2019 after completing their Bachelor of Science. They have a special interest in disability, especially
neurological disability after having completed their neurological placement at university. They also have an interest paediatrics after having coached gymnastics for 6 years. They
currently split their time between research in paediatric disability in sports participation and clinical practice. They take a holistic approach to healthcare not only working to improve or
maintain independence but also assist clients to participate in activities they enjoy.
Holly was driven to become a physiotherapist after having a number of injuries themselves during their time as a competitive gymnast. They use a combination of pilates and strength and conditioning exercise prescription to help clients reach their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. They operate within a Health At Every Size ® framework helping clients find ways that they enjoy to move their body, be it competitive sport, simply going for a walk or anything in between.
Now that Holly has retired from competitive gymnastics they love to watch the sport, particularly following the US gymnastics team. In their spare time you can find Holly enjoying a good coffee, roller skating or bike riding.
