PSMG extends long-term FDNA and Peninsula Waves partnership for another three years.

At Peninsula Sports Medicine Group (PSMG), we’re delighted to announce the renewal of our over 30-year partnership with the Frankston District Netball Association (FDNA) and the Peninsula Waves. We’re extending our role as their exclusive physiotherapy partner for another three years!

This renewed agreement reinforces our deep-rooted commitment to supporting local community sport and our dedication to the health and well-being of netball athletes in the region.

“We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with the FDNA and Peninsula Waves,” stated Lachlan Goodison, Sports Physiotherapist/Director at PSMG. “Our commitment to community sport is a cornerstone of our clinics, and we are passionate about ensuring that young netballers have the support they need to achieve their sporting goals. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality physiotherapy care, helping athletes stay injury-free and perform at their best.”

Lachlan further emphasised our proactive approach, “We believe in empowering athletes with the knowledge and tools they need to prevent injuries and optimise their performance. Through our comprehensive services and expert team, we are committed to supporting the FDNA and Peninsula Waves in fostering a safe and thriving netball community.”

Miranda Castles, FDNA General Manager, expressed her gratitude for our ongoing support. “FDNA’s Board of Management are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner with PSMG again this year. PSMG first came on board with netball in 1992, and we sincerely express our gratitude for their unwavering support and dedication over 30 years! Lachlan’s commitment has been invaluable to our athlete’s success and has impacted our ability to service our netball community. Thanks to Lachlan’s ongoing generosity, we have been able to provide Physiotherapists at our Saturday club competitions, tournaments, events, and at all of our Waves’ VNL programs. In full, PSMG supports over 200 teams each week at Jubilee Park Stadium!! We look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.”

Gen Blaze, Peninsula Waves Administrator, echoed this sentiment, stating, “Having a physiotherapist from PSMG at all games and trainings has really helped Peninsula Waves create an elite and professional environment where our athletes are looked after and assessed at a very high standard. Through their genuine commitment to the club and our athlete’s well-being, both Josh and Cam have really enhanced our athletes’ performances. Our entire club is very confident in PSMG’s physios’ abilities to injury identify and manage our players back to game fitness, and we really can’t recommend them enough! We are very lucky to have them on board, and we are so grateful to have had their support for such a long time.”
