
Andrew has over 18 years’ experience working as a Physiotherapist since obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in both Physiotherapy and Biomedical Science at Melbourne and Monash Universities, respectively.
Located initially at a sports and spinal injury clinic in Mornington, he moved abroad in 2009, where he gained experience working in sports injury clinics located in London’s central business district and at the historic Queen’s Tennis Club.
On returning to Australia in 2011, Andrew joined the team at Peninsula Sport Medicine Group and has worked at the Langwarrin clinic since. He has experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries, has further training in the provision of Dry Needling, has taught hydrotherapy, clinical Pilates and arthritis classes, and has been an instructor at sports trainer accreditation for Sports Medicine Australia.
Andrew has also provided services to local sporting organisations such as the Karingal Football and Netball clubs.
Although interested in all sports from the grassroots right up to a professional level, Andrew has a particular passion for Tennis, Golf, and Football, including their associated biomechanics and injuries.
He has also held seminars at cycling clubs regarding injury prevention and bike setup. Most recently, Andrew has developed a keen interest in Basketball through his children and their sporting endeavours.
