Ankle sprains - part 2


Here is a video that experienced Lifecare Prahan Sports Medicine Physiotherapist, Josh Banky demonstrates who to achieve your ankle dorsiflexion (bringing your toes up) range of movement.

As mentioned it Part 1 of the blog, this movement is crucial to restore following an ankle injury to reduce the risk of further injuries to the ankle of rest of the lower limb.

This simple exercise can be done at home using a strong leather belt, luggage case strap or a mobilisation belt (which are sold at the clinic).
