Liam recognises the importance of self-care and how work and lifestyle commitments can alter the body and the general wellbeing of individuals. Liam’s goal is to discover where the underlying issue resides through subjective and objective analysis as well as assessment protocols that will aid in developing a treatment plan. This is essential for Liam and his client to determine what steps must be taken to ultimately resolve the issue. He has a true passion for the industry and how Myotherapy can allow clients to better themselves, this is achieved through the relationship of manual treatment through many different forms, corrective exercise and take-home knowledge to benefit the client. Liam understands the necessity of take home advice and finds it crucial that the client is properly educated to equip them with the tools to help set them on the right path to progress.
Some forms of treatment that Liam practices are Myofascial Release Technique, Trigger Point Techniques, Myofascial Dry Needling, Cupping and Neurodynamic treatments to name a few.
As well as working at LifeCare, Liam manages the role of Head Trainer at the Collingwood VFLW team and currently works at several elite sporting clubs.
