Taidgh graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2015. Since graduating Taidgh has been practicing within private practice developing a passion for sports physiotherapy. Taidgh is driven to continue to progress, enrolling in multiple courses per year to ensure constant professional development and the highest level of client care.
Taidgh has been heavily involved in a number of sporting environments both as a lead physiotherapist. Gaining valuable experience in football (soccer) and rugby league teams, having to manage a number of responsibilities both on and off field.
Taidgh has a special interest in the assessment and rehabilitation of sporting injuries, athlete development, injury prevention, strength and conditioning and empowering people on the journey to recovery.
Taidgh believes in a holistic multidisciplinary approach, placing the client and their goals at the center of the rehabilitation process. Taidgh likes to integrate a thorough assessment process, client education, manual therapy and exercise prescription to ascertain the best results.
Outside of work Taidgh enjoys playing football, socialising with friends, watching sport, listening to music and enjoying the great outdoors.
