Bio

Taidgh is originally from Auckland, New Zealand and moved to Melbourne five years ago. Since graduating from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2015, Taidgh has been working within the private practice setting and has developed a passion and drive for sports physiotherapy.

Taidgh has gained valuable experience within the football (soccer) and rugby league sporting environments, managing players both on and off the field.

He has a special interest in the assessment and rehabilitation of sporting injuries, athlete development, injury prevention, strength and conditioning and empowering people on the journey to recovery.

Taidgh believes in a holistic multidisciplinary approach, placing the client and their goals at the centre of the rehabilitation process. Taidgh likes to integrate a thorough assessment process, client education, manual therapy and exercise prescription to ascertain the best results.

Personal Interests

Outside of work Taidgh enjoys playing football, socialising with friends, watching sport, listening to music and spending time in the great outdoors.
