Emma Brown

Emma Brown is an experienced physiotherapist who graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has been part of the Rosebud Lifecare team since 2003.

Emma consults in private practice and also leads Clinical Exercise classes, providing personalised physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve their health and movement goals.

With extensive experience across all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Emma has a particular interest in the assessment and treatment of:

Headaches and neck pain
Hip pain
Paediatric musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
Exercise-based rehabilitation and injury prevention
Emma is highly skilled in developing tailored treatment plans that combine hands-on physiotherapy, movement assessment, exercise prescription, and Clinical Pilates to optimise recovery and long-term function. Emma is committed to helping patients return to work, sport, and everyday activities safely and efficiently.

She has worked closely with TAC and WorkSafe patients throughout her career, delivering early intervention physiotherapy programs aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes following motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.

A passionate athlete herself, Emma has represented Victoria on three occasions at the Australian National Masters Hockey Championships. Her experience as a competitive Masters athlete reinforces her belief that maintaining strength, mobility, and fitness is important at every stage of life. She enjoys supporting patients of all ages to stay active, healthy, and doing the activities they love.

Emma lives locally on the Mornington Peninsula with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys family caravanning adventures, discovering great local coffee, and exploring the beautiful beaches, trails, and communities of the Peninsula.
