Mitch joined Rosebud Physiotherapy Clinic in 2021 after graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). He also completed his Level 1 Dry Needling certification in the same year.
With a strong passion for sport and exercise, Mitch has a particular interest in treating sporting injuries, musculoskeletal pain, and rehabilitation. He enjoys helping people of all ages recover from injury, manage pain, and return to work, sport, and everyday activities with confidence.
Mitch is passionate about strength and conditioning and uses evidence-based exercise programs to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and support long-term health. He also has a keen interest in lower back pain management and post-operative rehabilitation, including recovery following knee and hip replacements and ACL reconstructions.
Mitch consults from our Rosebud Physiotherapy clinic and leads Clinical Pilates classes focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and function. He is committed to helping his patients achieve their goals and be the best version of themselves.
Outside the clinic, Mitch enjoys all things sports, recreational running, snowboarding, camping, and spending time with his young family and friends.
