As a physiotherapist in Rosebud, Nital works with athletes, runners, young sportspeople, weekend warriors, and older adults from across the Mornington Peninsula. His approach combines hands-on physiotherapy, tailored exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and the latest evidence-based treatment techniques to help people recover well and stay active long term.
Nital also runs Functional Strengthening, Balance, and Clinical Pilates programs where clinically appropriate.
As an active cricketer and Best Bowler in the 2024-25 season, Nital understands the physical demands of sport firsthand and enjoys helping athletes recover from injury and perform at their best. He has also completed the Mt Fuji summit hike in Japan and the 5,106m Larke Pass trek in Nepal, reflecting his commitment to an active and healthy lifestyle.
Outside the clinic, Nital enjoys hiking with his son and making homemade pizzas for his wife on Friday nights.”
