Brett is the Practice Principal at St George Physiotherapy and Pilates.
He practises a Human Performance approach, which prioritises the holistic management of individuals and their injuries, from pain to performance, physiology to wellbeing, and recovery to skill development across many domains in life.
With a strong sporting background, including several years as a professional athlete, Brett has accumulated extensive personal experience with injury and rehabilitation, enabling him to genuinely relate to the challenges faced by his patients.
Having managed his own injuries, he understands first-hand the physical and mental demands of recovery. As a practitioner, he also recognises the importance of empathy, compassion, patience and careful planning throughout the rehabilitation process.
With over a decade of experience as a physiotherapist and an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, Brett brings a unique combination of education, practical experience and clinical expertise to the field of sport and exercise medicine.
Outside of work, you can find Brett at the park with his children, cooking a barbecue, or watching sport on the weekends. If you happen to see him, don’t hesitate to say hello!
