He takes on a biopsychosocial approach to each clients recovery, ensuring the return and recover at work process is carried out in a safe and durable manner.

Robert has a strong interest in leveraging strength, mobility, stability and cardiovascular exercise to treat a range of musculoskeletal, metabolic, cardiopulmonary, neurological and mental health conditions. He is constantly adapting and evolving his practice style to provide the most current and evidence-based treatments, customising his holistic approach to health and wellbeing based off the needs and goals of his clients. Robert also strongly believes in providing the necessary tools for his clients to manage their own pathology long term.
