Gwen obtained her Physiotherapy degree from the University of Alberta Canada in 1974, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Manipulative Physiotherapy from Curtin University in 1978, and has been practising physiotherapy at Willetton Physiotherapy since opening the clinic in 1981, at the corner of Willetton Drive and High Road. In 1983 the practice moved to Herald Avenue and then made the final move to the current premises on Burrendah Boulevard in 1991.

Over these years Gwen has become very experienced in the management of a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions but she has a special interest in the treatment of headaches, neck and back pain and enjoys assessing children and teenagers for postural problems.

Gwen has been active through her career in various roles within the Australian Physiotherapy Association, and the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Association, of which she is also a member.
