Anne-Lise Bidou - Pilates Physiotherapist


Anne-Lise first qualified as a Physiotherapist and Massage Therapist in France in 2008, and then went on to complete her Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 2011.

Anne-Lise has played competitive sport since she was a child and this passion for sports manifested into a desire to become a physiotherapist to help other athletes recover from injury. Anne-Lise has been providing musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy in several private practices in France and Reunion Island. Since arriving in Australia, Anne-Lise has experienced working in hospital environment and has been working at Maroubra Dynamic Physiotherapy since 2012.

Anne-Lise has also been involved as the team physiotherapist for the Lloyd McDermott (Aboriginal) Rugby Development Team since 2010 and travels throughout Australia and overseas to various championships and events with the team.

Anne-Lise has particular interests in sports injuries and rehabilitation, exercise rehabilitation, golf related injuries, treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), pilates and hydrotherapy. As part of her treatment plans, Anne-Lise favours manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, muscle energy techniques and exercise rehabilitation to achieve optimal recovery in her clients.
