Brooke Whittaker - Exercise Physiologist

Introduction:  Brooke is an accredited exercise physiologist currently working at PACE Frankston, Langwarrin, and LifeCare Frankston.

Brooke joined the PACE team in early 2015 as an exercise specialist, which enabled her to grow and develop her clinical skills in conjunction with her studies after completing an Undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science at RMIT Bundoora in 2013 and a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in June 2015.

Brooke then went on to become an accredited exercise physiologist with PACE. Brooke also does volunteer work through PACE, which has enabled her to pursue a passion for helping children with Cerebral Palsy and movement disorders. Brooke is passionate about helping each of her clients to achieve their own specific goals through exercise, whether they are working towards injury rehabilitation, managing a chronic condition, improving their quality of life, or reaching a particular sporting goal.

“I love that I have the opportunity to incorporate my passion for helping people in a positive sense of exercise rehabilitation.
