Sarah completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at The University of Notre Dame, where she also completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. Sarah has experience rehabilitating a variety of sporting and musculoskeletal injuries using exercise based rehab combined with manual therapy, and also enjoys treating back and neck pain. Sarah has a strong passion for motivating and empowering her clients to be an active participant in their rehabilitation journey with the aim of making lifelong health changes.
Sarah was previously the Sports Trainer for the Noranda Netball Association for three years, where she worked closely with the coaches and players, treating many musculoskeletal sporting injuries. Sarah has experience treating patients with neurological conditions, including post-stroke rehabilitation and Parkinson’s disease. Sarah also has experience treating post-surgical patients in both an inpatient and outpatient setting, including total hip replacement and total knee replacement surgery, as well as cardiorespiratory conditions including COPD and bronchiectasis.
Sarah is currently completing her post-graduate certificate in Clinical Pilates, and enjoys combining Pilates principles with her exercise physiology and physiotherapy background to give her patients the highest quality care. Sarah is a current member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
