Since our beginnings in 2010 as a home-visiting physiotherapy service, we’ve grown into a trusted, multi-disciplinary provider of allied health services — proudly supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, and people with diverse clinical conditions.

Our journey

• 2010: Began as a home-visiting physiotherapy service connecting with the local community.
• 2015: Introduced occupational therapy services, combining physiotherapy with tailored OT services under Maximum Independence OT.
• 2020: Rebranded as Lifecare Homecare to reflect our growing suite of services and enduring commitment to person-centred care.

Our name may have changed, but our mission remains the same — delivering care with genuine community connection, compassion, and professionalism.
