Bio

Jasmine graduated from Curtin University in 2019. Since graduating, Jasmine has helped positions in residential aged care and adult community health in Melbourne and Perth. Jasmine joined the Lifecare Homecare team in 2021 to return home to be closer to her family and friends in Perth.  

 

During her studies, Jasmine was involved in many community programs, including working for a Dementia day centre and children’s continence service. She was also involved with a successful industry-based research initiative, which aimed to support people with Acquired Brain Injuries and their families. 

 

Jasmine believes in a truly holistic and person-centred approach to practice. She focuses on collaboration and connection to make a difference in peoples lives, enabling engagement in valued activities and supporting them to meet their goals. Jasmine is also passionate about working with her clients to navigate the complexities of funding and providing guidance throughout the process.  

  

Jasmine clinical interests and experience include; complex assistive technology prescription, home modifications (minor and major), falls prevention and client advocacy.  

 

Looking into the future, Jasmine is interested in obtaining qualifications in Lymphoedema treatment and completing further training to broaden and enhance her knowledge.

Personal Interests

During Jasmine’s spare time, she enjoys spending time gardening, cycling around the Swan River, drinking good coffee and spending time with her miniature dachshund Frankie.
