Danielle Howson
Physiotherapist
Danielle graduated from the University of Notre Dame with first class honours after completing a research project looking at the biomechanics and spring function of the lower limb.
Danielle has experience working with patients of all ages, from paediatrics to geriatrics. She enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with special interest in sports injury prevention and rehab, especially the lower limb. Danielle believes in motivating and encouraging patients to be active in their rehab and providing patients with strategies for positive lifelong health changes.
Danielle has experience working with a variety of sports, including athletics, AFL and hockey. She is the current physiotherapist for the Old Aquinians’ Hockey Club where she has been the Head Sports Trainer for the past 2 years. Danielle has also completed training in dry needling techniques and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys fitness, hockey, snowboarding and travel.
