Holly is extremely passionate about all sports and has many years experience both playing and coaching a wide variety. She has several years experience working as a sports trainer for Willetton  Football Club and will be taking on the management of the women’s WAFL team at East Fremantle Football Club in 2022. She is currently completing Lifecare’s Pilates Training Course with the aim of incorporating clinical exercise sessions into her Physiotherapy delivery in the near future.

Holly’s goal as a practitioner is to empower her clients with the skills and confidence needed to manage their injuries holistically. She believes active listening and building a comfortable, friendly patient-therapist relationship are some of the most important aspects of every client’s experience at Lifecare Point Walter. Holly has additional interest in the management of low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and post-operative rehabilitation.

Outside of her work, Holly enjoys setting personal fitness challenges for herself and loves to keep active through regular mat work Pilates and gym-based strengthening. Spending time with family and friends is always a high priority and you will most likely find her at the beach on a summer’s day.
