Letitia Reus

Letitia Reus is a physiotherapist with a strong interest in treating athletes and those in the performing arts. She has a great understanding of the performing arts, having supported many professional performers in musicals in Sydney.

Letitia has a Masters of Physiotherapy and was awarded Honours in her Bachelor of Health Science degree, both from The University of Sydney.

Letitia’s background in dance led her to complete a full-time dance training year. Through this she was exposed first hand to the demands of training and performance schedules.  This background means she enjoys working with dancers of all ages to empower them with knowledge and awareness on injury prevention and conditioning.

Letitia has a keen interest in exercise and rehabilitation and has completed her Pilates certification series with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She has provided Pilates to the Wests Tigers NRL team, working with players returning from injury, improving on-field performance and facilitating injury prevention.

Letitia is also a Certified Lymphoedema Practitioner having completed further training at Macquarie University. She supports clients through their Cancer journey monitoring and providing early intervention for Lymphoedema after Cancer treatment as well as prescribing individualized exercise programs to manage additional side effects of treatment like fatigue, nausea and deconditioning.

Outside of work, Letitia enjoys ocean swimming, caring for her many indoor plants, training at the gym and reading a good book.
