Imogen Borshoff

Imogen graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2025 and is now part of the Southcare team. She has a strong passion for women’s health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal period, as well as treating musculoskeletal injuries of all types and assisting patients recovering from orthopaedic and gynaecological surgery.

Imogen enjoys delivering exercise-based rehabilitation, including Pilates and hydrotherapy, and is commencing further training in Clinical Pilates through Lifecare. She is passionate about creating positive, supportive environments in both one-on-one sessions and group classes, empowering her clients to feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.

Outside of the clinic, Imogen enjoys watching sport, spending time at the beach, doing Pilates, running and hanging out with her two puppies.
