Scarlett recently joined the Lifecare Point Walter and Applecross teams after graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
She has a strong interest in sports injury management and women’s health and is passionate about helping people return to the activities they value most.
Through her role as a sports trainer for the Collegians Amateur Football Club, she has gained valuable experience in acute injury management and supporting athletes in their return to play. Her time as a gymnastics coach at Vital Gymnastics has further strengthened her passion for movement quality and working with young athletes.
With a background in competitive gymnastics, as well as tennis and dance, Scarlett understands the physical demands of sport and the importance of tailored rehabilitation.
She is currently completing Lifecare’s Pilates Training course and looks forward to incorporating Pilates-based rehabilitation into her practice.
Outside of work, she loves staying active with Pilates and making the most of WA’s coastline — whether that’s boating, fishing, surfing, or heading off on a remote camping adventure.
