If you are referred by your GP on a Chronic Disease Management Program (previously known as Enhanced Primary Care), you may be eligible to claim up to five (5) allied health treatments per year on Medicare.
These treatments are specified by your GP and must be directly related to your condition.
Medicare also contributes to fees for consultations with Sports Physicians.
