Masters of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Health Science, Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness
Whilst studying a Bachelor of Health Science (majoring in exercise science & nutrition), Lee discovered his passion for learning about the human body, biomechanics and health promotion. This inspired him to continue studying to complete a Masters of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University.
Lee has a broad scope of experience having worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant and student in aged care settings, a sports trainer and physiotherapist for senior soccer teams and a personal trainer for the past three years. He is currently working as a physiotherapist for Diamond Valley United Soccer Club in the senior men’s state league.
Lee enjoyed playing almost every sport offered at school and excelled in gymnastics, soccer and futsal. He competed at a national level in gymnastics and achieved the title of state champion in Victoria. He played soccer and futsal at an elite level for many years and has represented Victoria in both national and overseas futsal competitions. Due to his personal experience of sports injuries, Lee is able to empathise with athletes experiencing the physical and mental challenges of rehabilitation for sports injuries.
In his spare time Lee enjoys bike riding, going to the gym, walking his dog and exploring local breweries and wineries.
