Darryl is a Physiotherapist at LifeCare Physiotherapy Fremantle and Point Walter.
Originally from the South West coast of WA, Darryl brings a strong understanding of physical work, sport, and injury to his clinical practice. Prior to studying physiotherapy, he worked as a carpenter, before experiencing an injury that led him to change career paths and pursue physiotherapy with the goal of helping others recover and return to meaningful activity following injury.
He completed a Bachelor of Science (Exercise, Sports and Rehabilitation Science) in 2022, followed by a Doctor of Physiotherapy, graduating in 2025. Darryl has a strong interest in sports injuries, chronic pain management, and lower back pain, and enjoys supporting people to regain confidence in their movement and return to activity safely.
He takes an evidence-based, patient-centered approach, working collaboratively with clients to develop individualised rehabilitation plans tailored to their goals and lifestyle.
Outside of work, Darryl enjoys the outdoors and staying active, including camping, free-diving and a range of activities that support an active and healthy lifestyle.
