Master of Health Science (osteopathy); Level 1 dry needling.
Jade is a senior Osteopath and started practicing at Lifecare Frankston in 2006 after graduating with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from Victoria University. Jade has a holistic approach to treatment and ongoing preventative care and uses a wide variety of effective techniques. She is able to apply the osteopathic technique that best suits each individual and their presenting complaint to gain the best, healthy results.
Jade has done further study in paediatric osteopathy and has a keen interest in the treatment of babies and children as well as women throughout and after their pregnancy. Jade also has a particular interest in the treatment of neck pain and headaches and addressing any postural issues associated with these often chronic conditions.
Jade has also done further study in dry needling, osteopathy during pregnancy, Level 1 Pilates and chronic pain management.
Outside of work Jade enjoys spending time with her two children, especially in the great outdoors with time at the beach and exploring all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Jade is also a keen cook and loves entertaining for family and friends.
