Bio

Peter is a registered Health Psychologist and has been working at Lifecare Frankston since 2013. He is professionally trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which he uses to achieve the best possible outcome for individuals and groups within his care.

Professional Interests

Peter has a special interest in working with clients of all age groups who have chronic health conditions and complaints. He has extensive experience in working with clients with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, phobias and also a number of personal issues such as sleep difficulties, stress management and anger management.

Personal Interests

When Peter isn’t working at Lifecare, he enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends.
