Lisa is a qualified physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University. Lisa has been a part of the Lifecare Frankston team since 2017. She found her love for physiotherapy during her teenage years after injuring her shoulder playing competitive tennis and hasn’t looked back since.
Lisa has played a range of sport from an early age, in particular tennis, swimming and basketball. Over the last few years, Lisa has become involved in long distance running, completing a number of events including half and full marathons.
Lisa aims to collaboratively work with patients to help achieve their goals and best outcomes in a comfortable environment. This includes a range of treatment techniques such as clinical exercise (pilates), dry needling and massage. Lisa also uses real time ultrasound to assist in the treatment of hip and lower back pain and pre/postnatal issues.
In her spare time Lisa enjoys running, travelling and walking her golden retriever, Maxxy.
