Bio

Brodie has always been enthusiastic about movement, and a holistic and individualised approach to health. Brodie continued her passion for movement through study of her undergraduate in Exercise Physiology at Murdoch university, graduating in 2016. Brodie went on to an additional year to complete a thesis in 2017 under supervision of Dr. Fiona Wood in partnership with Fiona Stanley Hospital. Brodie’s work experience includes lecturing Certificates III and IV in health and fitness at a private institution, burns and Functional Neurology rehabilitation. Brodie continues to share her passion of movement and is enthusiastic to ensure everyone is empowered to continue their unique version of a healthy lifestyle.

Personal Interests

Brodie loves to start her day with a sunrise swim at the beach and yoga in the evenings. On the weekends you will find Brodie at the beach either spear fishing, snorkeling, reading and laying in the sun or camping.
