Member of Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA)
Having always wanted to help people, Rae chose a career in physiotherapy and graduated from Curtin University with First Class Honours in 2020. Shortly after, she joined the HomeCare Physiotherapy team with an aim to dedicate herself to improve individuals’ functional mobility and pain.
Rae developed a special interest in cardiorespiratory and neurological rehabilitation while completing her placement in the intensive care unit and the outpatient neurological clinic. Rae’s passion is to continuously obtain new physiotherapy knowledge by attending workshops and seminars. Rae believes that the patients’ roles in designing treatment programs are indispensable. Not only do the patients’ needs are fulfilled, but she also ensures each patient achieves the most from each session. You can expect these sessions led by Rae to be filled with positive vibes and joy!
Outside of work, Rae enjoys spending a nice arvo in a cafe and travelling around the globe with her family to explore new cultures, of course including the cuisine! She is also a yogi who loves trying challenging yoga poses. On top of that, she is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin!
