Andrew Blyth

Physiotherapist


Andrew joined Peninsula Sports Medicine Group in 2008 after graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree.

Andrew has an interest in treatment of sports and spinal injuries in particular lower limb biomechanics, lower back injuries and cervicogenic headaches. He also has experience with hydrotherapy and post-operative rehabilitation. He is part of the occupational physiotherapy program, which helps clients recovering from transport accident injuries to return to work as early as possible. He has also completed post-graduate dry needling.

Andrew is PSM Group’s injury consultant to the Mornington Peninsula Shire. HE has been a team physiotherapist for the Victorian Junior Indoor Hockey team and has also been involved with Rosebud Football Club. Andrew is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association including Sports Physiotherapy and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy groups.

Personally Andrew plays hockey for Mornington Peninsula Hockey Club and also enjoys skiing, cycling, running and playing guitar.
