Bio

Annette graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from University of Melbourne in 2011. Since graduating, she has worked in both public and private clinic settings to attain a wide experience from the acute to chronic stages of recovery. This led to her pursuit of a Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy that was completed in 2015 at the University of Queensland.

After six years of working abroad, Annette relocated back to Melbourne where she joined the Lifecare team. Here she continued to refine her expertise in neck and shoulder integration under the guidance of Jane Rooney and Lyn Watson. Her interest in the coordination of these two key joints provides benefits to patients of all types including athletes, those at a desk-bound job, and/or those that engage in strenuous working conditions.

Having also competed her training in BPPV rehabilitation, Annette is well versed at managing inner ear conditions that cause vertigo and dizziness. This is especially beneficial for patients who have experienced whiplash.

To ensure a successful and long term recovery, Annette is dedicated to providing her patients with an individualised holistic treatment approach. She is focused on delivering high quality care that stems from the latest evidence and extensive clinical experience, using a combination of manual techniques, dry needling and exercises for rehabilitation.

She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Association.
